A NEW ADDITION TO THE FAMILY

Leia at about 45 minutes old with Dad

After nearly 36 hours of labor, this is how Dad was feeling. Leia is sleeping of course. Mom looked significantly better.

And she reminded Dad of as much upon which he immediately felt energized.

Evelyn's very first visit with her new sister Leia.

Leia getting ready to go home from the hospital.

More sleeping - this time at home with my hand sewn toy.

Awake at last. Yeah!!!

Hey, what's that thing on my belly button?

Back to the usual routine - Evelyn reading - this time with an extra person.

Face to face - how you doin'?

Mom with an always sleeping newborn

My very first bath - glad it's summer or I'd be freezing!!!

Visiting with cousin Peter in Boulder.

I wish their was a sport called extreme napping. I would rock!

Evelyn and Dad on a fun summer hike - getting ready to jump from log to log.

Mom watches closely while protecting Leia from those crazy mountain animals.

First bottle with Dad.

Mom dressed me today in this awesome peace sign outfit.

A rare sight - Evelyn napping. Seriously, this almost never happens.

Close encounters of the ursine kind.

Reading with Aunt Sarah in Washington, and hanging out with Aunt Alli. We couldn't have done the trip without them.

Leia with the newly married (?), connected (?), communally bonded (yeah that's it) Joe and Haley.

Aren't I the cutest?

Evelyn with the most happy and goofy look ever.

Evelyn with Grandma Carol and Grandpa Bob on the Lakewood trolley.

We're just becoming the best of friends.

Trying to be tough in my Broncos gear - it's working!
